The hotel is located right along the Melaka River and has its own river cruise pick-ups at 10am, 3pm and 8pm, but be sure to book your tickets early at the hotel reception. Nothing to complain about, but the standard is a bit lower than the usual Best Western standard (the price as well, to be honest). However, it is fairly clean and at walking distance from the main attractions; breakfast matches the usual BW standard.
