Book for king bed size room. Dusty bedsheet gave me itchiness.uneasy feeling. No breakfast included. Unpleasant service frm the male owner i assume. The only thing save the day is the seaview.the housekeeping,room service boy is also the receptionist. So enough said.

The room is clean but the location is not good, nearby within 50 m, there are no eatery, only a few hotels nearby, the staff is friendly. Carpark lots are limited. Staff give us 4 coupons for parking.Experience overall is ok for a budget hotel.

Hotel is new and already looks rundown in places. No hot water in the shower. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself is filthy. It is 10 min walking from the stadhuys. But the location itself is not great.
