“Dirty”

This Homewood suites doesn't hold up to the standard of other Homewood suites. The carpets were really dirty. Housekeeping was awful. The bottom of bathtubs were dirty. They were blackened and needed some scrubbing. There were smudges on appliances, doors, phone, etc. The stove top was crusty. Food was left in ridge from previous guest. “4 WORKING DAYS IN MOBILE”

The location of the hotel for a working stay was perfect. Near the airport, shopping, restaurants and my work. The friendliness of the staff from check in to check out made my stay. The rooms were exceptionally quiet, the bed as comfortable as my own, and I slept like a baby. I will stay here again. George of Chesapeake, VA

“A home away from home”

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Aside from the excellent service provided by the staff, the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping areas, etc. My favorite place to stay when I am in Mobile.

“Good Location, Great Room, Great Stay”

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and could not have been more pleased with everything at the property. This location can cause some issues getting into the parking lot, as Mobile, Alabama loves their service roads, etc. Though this should not reflect bad on the hotel. I enjoy and look forward to my stay here.Frindly staff.Good food and wine!Rooms could be cleaner with some maintenance issues.Worth the price!I sleep well when I am here,Nice and quiet.Love the kitchen area also.The cooks are very friendly as well.

“Noisy and dated hotel”

Staff does not address noisy guests that party past 3:00 am. Carpet in rooms is stained and unclean. Floors are sticky when you step on non-carpeted areas. Staff is courteous but limited during evening hours and thus unable to attend to problems.

“The place to stay in Mobile”

Superb hotel, quiet clear and worth the price. Excellent location, quiet with superior service! Great staff, good food a wonderful place to stay in Mobile, Alabama. Recomend the packages the hotel offers as well as the restaurants near by, Bonefish Grill and TGI Friday's.

“Got my money's worth”

Good basic kitchen, no oven though. Breakfast ok, ignore the tasteless scrambled eggs. Dinner ok. No jacuzzi. Staff friendly. Despite the drawbacks, I paid $94 a day and got free breakfast everyday and dinner Monday to Thursday and free internet, so I felt I got my money's worth.

This is a great place to stay when we visit family in Mobile, AL. A convenient, quiet and pleasant location near the airport. Wonderful staff and clean and comfortable facilities. As a frequent Hilton property visitor, the standards I expect are based on frequent visits around the southeast. This property meets my expectations - friendly staff at the desk, clean rooms, well equipped and consistent breakfasts.
