The friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location make this the prime hotel choice in Montgomery. Dewayne at the front desk remembered us by name and happily accommodated our every request. My guest room was well appointed and spotless. Amenities and pool area are average, but the staff makes the stay memorable. Love Ms. Mona!

Stayed here twice, on Sunday night and the following Friday. Very nice room, polite staff, standard hotel buffet breakfast. Hotel in "up-scale" area of many shops and restaurants, and close to interstate. If I come this way again, I will stay here.

Looked brand new, great area new shopping complex nearby that would make great weekend trip. The great staff was always friendly, great service, great breakfast new "circle omelet" w bacon & cheese perfect for English muffin - just an enjoyable experience. Unplanned trip, lefty HH card at home but they were extremly helpful and got us situated quickly.

Lots of space in the room, courteous service, and amazing breakfast!!! Close to Auburn for football games! We have stayed in multiple East Chase hotels and this one was by far the favorite!!! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us with our stay!

Very clean and friendly staff. From Front desk to other staff very helpfull. Breakfast was good and constantly being filled in with hot food. Ms. Mona at the breakfast bar friendly and helpful. Location was very nice, close to a number of restaurants.

The staff were very complacent regarding my problem. No effort was made to resolve it. The room did not smell clean. The sink in the bathroom was almost completely stopped up.
