The building is small which is nice, but very dated. Went to Harbor Place and was very pleased with Condo. Very clean and Maintained, staff was on hand and were very nice and helpfull. There was minimal covered parking, only 2 elevators (and one was out of service when we arrived), you had to walk your trash out through the parking lot just to get to the dumpster, the pool was closed for an entire day and night...
