This was our first time staying at Phoenix East. We have stayed at other Phoenix properties in the past. We always rent through Brett-Robinson and have not been letdown yet. We decided to take a trip for my husband's 70th birthday. We frequent the Alabama coast often and have always enjoyed it when we've stayed at the Phoenix. The service is great and the staff are very friendly.

We have been coming the the Pheonix East II, twice a year for the last 10 years. Feel like it's our second home. Always clean & well maintained and rented at reasonable amount. Great fishing just down the beach at Perdido Pass, near to restaurants (I highly recommend the Shrimp Basket), shopping & grocery stores.

We really enjoyed the view. The condo was great, the workers were very friendly and accommodations were awesome. Though it rained every day there are plenty of oither things to do like go shopping, go to the Gym or site on the patio and enjoy being on vacation. The Gym was small but up to date.

It's beach front and awesome. We had a great time. Great restaurants are close by. The beach and pool is clean. The rooms are nice and of reasonable price. The staff were accomodating and always greet you with a smile.
