Staff is very friendly and responsive.. My wife and I spent night on way from Savannah to Memphis. The refridge wasn't working properly and they swaped it out immediately without hesitation. We were to stay here for 3 days and was staying because it was Pet Friendly and I checked with Hampton Inn's website and looked at the Pet Policy and it said nothing to the fact that PET COULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED and you MUST sign this policy. Staff are friendly, genuine, thoughtful and helpful. Facility is clean, well kept and conveniently located to shopping, business, and dining. I stay here at least once a year, usually in April. The views are pleasant and the location works well for whatever you are visiting the area for---business or pleasure. Highly recommend this Hampton.

We go to Eastaboga several times per year. We try to stay at the Oxforn/Anniston Hampton Inn whenever we go. It's pretty standard for Hampton Inn but very clean and the staff is exactly what anyone would be looking for in a host. This is a oasis in the hotel business.

This hotel lives up to all of the expectations of a great place to stay! Ultra modern decor and all the fancy go-withs ... The staff was well trained and the lobby had an impressive bistro atmosphere. I Promise you won't be disappointed
