We stayed here two nights for a graduation in Auburn. Very friendly helpful staff, the breakfast area was very clean and continuously stocked. It was not crowded and flowed well. The room was clean, the beds were a little hard (but that is just personal preference). Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The night shift that greeted us at 3:00 am were very polite and professional. The morning breakfast was great! as was Pam, the wonderful lady who sung as she worked, bringing sunshine and greeting all who entered. Rooms were clean. Very nice. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Newer Holiday Inn Express room was clean, staff was very helpful. Especially Pam in the breakfast area. Pam made everyone in the room feel at home. The Manager was very professional and resolved any issues.

It as a great place to stay the rooms there were very clean and the people/staff were very nice , friendly,and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. Ms. Pan White is great lady. She was very kind and polite. We enjoyed chatting with her every morning during breakfast.
