Overall Average business hotel. The gym and pool is quite nice but the associated toilet is terrible for hotel standards. More cleaning is required in the gents. we stayed for two nights at the raddisson hotel in shanghai on our tour of china. the hotels rooms were of a high standard with good amenities in them. breakfast and dinner were excellent with a good choice of dishes for all to choose from. staff were warm and friendly. well worthy of 5 star.

stayed here as part of a tour and was very impressed. definitely a five star hotel, beautifully presented lobby. the rooms were very spacious . Breakfast was western accommodating. Staff very helpful . Not to much to do around locally.
