For sure one of the best hotels in Shanghai. starting with the airport pick up, room check, room quality and interior, service, room view - everything just outstanding. The food in thr Chinese restaurant also excellent but very expensive, too expensive. Overall The Peninsula is more than only a hotel and therefor full points.
