I was in Shanghai on a business trip with my other colleagues. Check in was slow and lengthy. Room was not so clean. The good point is the location. Everything was quite convenient. Restaurants, fast food, electronic gadget shops and the famous Nanjing Road all are nearby.

4* deluxe hotel but my room only equiped with portable heater... after I talk to duty manager whom is the only friendly staff in this hotel.. I just found out there are only level 2 & 3 rooms are with good centralize heater and this man is promising me to change to another room on level 2..
