I spent a perfectly enchanting week at Stillpoint Lodge attending a watercolor workshop. The facilities, staff, food and instruction were all first-rate. The cabins are charming and are perfect for re-charging. The surroundings are stunning enough to awaken even the most dormant muse. Starting each morning with gentle yoga was an added bonus.

Stillpoint is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Alaska. The lodge, cabins, and trails artfully complement the setting. Food is from the lovely garden and surrounding sea. It is wonderfully and thoughtfully prepared. I have attended two seminars at Stillpoint and look forward to a third. Pricing is very reasonable.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the Hermitage. The Hermitage was perfect for a couple. We had a spectacular view of the young spruce trees and the bay. I've been to Stillpoint twice now, and come away refreshed and rejuvenated. The peaceful setting just infuses your whole body, calms your pulse and settles your mind. The wonderful food, the attentive care, and the mindfulness of Jim, Jan and the staff makes you feel like you are the most special person ever.
