This is my 3rd stay here. Can't beat it for location and price. Absolutely right across the parking lot from the airport terminal. Just down the street from the Kenai Visitor's Center and shopping, etc. And it's very affordable.

This relatively small motel is convnient to the airport and rental cars. Rooms are updated and comfortable (I have stayed here several times). I was able to make reservations on short notice, and arrive late without penalty. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to everything, and handy to the airport, as well as the main highway, shopping and government offices.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we were happy with it. This is not a hotel but a motel. It is a very regular probably 2 star motel that is new and clean.
