I recently stayed here and found it lacking in professionalism. There are only 2 lifts so all the service staff with garbage bags travel with the customers....very rude. Most of the staff can't speak or understand basic English words.
I couldn't get local currency when I needed it badly.
The rooms are okay but smelly and the bathroom had stagnated...
