The Ocean Hotel Tianjin lives up to its three-star rating (and my 3 telephone rating). English speaking doormen and front staff, large, reasonably equipped rooms. I would highly recommend the Ocean hotel if you are looking for hotel close to the airport. The rate is very good for what it offers. It's only half an hour drive to the airport.
