1. No room service available even after repeated request. 2. Does not clean the room even insisting repeatedly. Doesn't mop/clean the floor everyday. 3. Intercom was not working. 4. I stayed here on 22-23rd November 2012. The Location is great, a 5 mins walk brings you to Kovalam beach & under light house. This hotel is around 1 km from beach next to sagara resort. I stayed here October 31. Hotel is average. Rooms are spacious. They have a small dining area near to swimming pool which they call as restaurant. Rooms, and room service are good. Its worth for amount paid.

I was Stay with Family in This hotel since March last week. arrange this hotel by my travel agent, first hotel have no lift , no cleaned room floor, i was completed but no service provide. hotel have no restaurant, but complimentary breakfast provide but not our time, no room service. My advise keep away from this hotel.
