This hotel is only a few blocks (and 121 stairs) from the old town area. I had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and fountain. There is no elevator, but the staff assisted me with my bags. Dinner and breakfast is above average compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Sibiu and Bucharest.
