Stayed twice in April, hotel had nice rooms, very clean, great location, quiet. Pool good not great but is a hotel not a resort. Overall very happy, great value. Fountain Hills a bit of an Oasis vs Scottsdale! I will go back.

I have stayed four times in recent months at the Holiday Inn, across the street from the fountain. The large, comfortable rooms complemented the excellent location and relaxed atmosphere in Fountain Hills at the park. Great place to walk and an excellent variety of restaurants nearby. A truly enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed happy hour and the food at the restaurant. Their prices were very good. We did dine on wednesday nights for their Italian food selection which was excellent. The staff was really friendly and they kept checking on us to see if we needed anything.
