I was overcharged for services and the front desk would not make any corrections. I have had to go through Wyndham corporate relations in an attempt to get a credit. Review of this case shows charges for copying services. 84 pages front and back, posted fees adjusted to the Guest Directory amount per copy. No over charges were made.
