Access to conference room obstructed due to renovation and room air conditioning not adequate. Room was clean and you can't beat the price anywhere. Very comfortable and quite. Breakfast was OK -- nothing great, but that's not why most stay here. Bed and pillows made for good night's sleep. We stayed for three nights and will stay again.
