Kayenta is the nearest town to monument valley, and has no interest in itself, but is good for hotels and diners. Hampton Inns are always of good quality and this was no exception. The room wa large and modern and excellently furnished. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was served in the large lobby. More

After stopping at 2 other places, this was the best hotel by far in the Monument Valley area. Our hotel room and the lobby were quite nice, and the internet connection was great. What blew me away was the partnership this hotel has with it's community. There are a LOT of starving dogs in the area, and it breaks your... More

Anyone planning to stay in Kayenta should understand that it is quite remote, and on the Navajo Reservation. While the hotel itself was nice, there were a few things not so nice: 1) Bed. We had a king bed and it was like a trampoline. It was too soft (and I like soft beds generally) and every move disturbed the... More

We stayed here for one night before heading to Monument Valley the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. We even ate dinner there. They have a very nice menu and great daily specials. I had the Salmon special and my husband had the prime rib, very delicious and reasonable. If coming thru this way again, I would... More

Bon rapport qualité-prix. More

We stayed at Hampton Inn as an overnight stop from Flagstaff to visit Monument Valley next day. It was fine for us although delay in booking in as a coach party had just arrived! Room was fine if a little small and air con was noisy. Choice of places to eat in town is limited. We decided to eat at... More

There had been no particular reason for choosing this hotel, except that it was ideally located along our journey (half way between Grand Canyon South Rim and Moab) and would permit us to visit Monument Valley. All the associates with whom we had contact, did give us the feeling of genuinely being very welcome. We thought that this is quite... More

We had a couple hiccups with service, both associated with the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Respectfully brought it to the attention of the manager, Rich, and they quickly corrected and made up for us. We'll stay here again due to that attention. More

The hotel was within 30 minutes drive of our destination, Monument Valley. Hotel front desk staff were very helpful at arranging a half day tour with Simpson's for the next morning. Hotel within walking distance of fast food. Did not sample their unadvertised restaurant. Wonderful free hot breakfast the next morning was more than I had anticipated. We were 'treated'... More

Originally, our idea was to stay at the Holiday Inn in Kayenta again, but we chose Hampton Inn because it wasn’t there 5 years ago. So thinking, “it’s fresh, it’s new, let’s try it out…..” was only to notice that this building was built really quickly, using very cheap materials. The walls are paper thin, so if there are any...
