Exceptional hotel located close to Mandela Square and the market exchange. Staff is courteous and knowledgable and the facility has a "resort" feel to it though it is located in the city. Suggest an upgrade to a mini suite giving you plenty of room for guests and a great place to work.

The best and consistent service one can get in Johannesburg for leisure and business travel. I have recommended this hotel to all my friend abroad and they are all very satisfied with their stay. Great service and location across Gautrain.

As highlighted there are many comparable styled hotels of equal if not better quality to that paid - however what is absolutley unrivaled is the quality of the staff and their courtesy and energy to make the stay special - remove or lose the staff and lose the experience is my advise

“Great rooms, Excellent Service”

This is a fantastic hotel. We have been to this hotel three times in the past couple months and we have had no problems whatsoever. Check-in was quick and efficient. My husband and I stayed at the Hilton in May. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The club room was great and we enjoyed sitting there eating breakfast and looking over Sandton. The hotel is very nice. Employees are very friendly. Restaurant is perfect. The hotel is located close to the Sandton City center. It offeres a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to the Shopping Center near by.

Poor service quality, condescending service staff, hair in food (in-room) dining, room never done professionally, you will find used amenities in the bathroom, you may be offered a room which you didnt book in. However the bell desk, concierge, and some of the front desk staff are responsible and try to solve your problems if you have the time.

Hotel service is excellent. Rooms can use some updating. Room had a cigarette smoke or musty smell. Having to request a password for internet access each day is very frustrating. But, food, beverages, executive lounge, lobby, and service makes up for this. I will stay there again.
