Comforable stay, rooms are neat and clean and the breakfast is great. The staff is helpfull and willing to assist.Situated at Midlands Mall it is centrally situated and you have access to restuarants ,movies etc.Great value for money

Nothing wrong with the hotel, very comfontable, some staff are really going out of the way to make the hotel a success and a good place to stay, but some are just doing a job and taking away the overall shine of the establishment

Well, it is onlyR756 per night with breakfast. so don't expect anything amazing. Close to a huge shopping mall, and fine if you plan to get in late from work and leave early. But yes, a bit too noisy, not great service and a generally very average feel.

On arrival the check in staff had problems locating our bookings, so long delay booking in. I managed to make a booking over the Internet and then confirmed via email. The response i received was amazingly prompt and helpful. A week later i had to unfortunately cancel my reservation and once again the respose from the Reservations Manager Zane Potter was ever so was prompt. Well Done! Mrs Z.Singh
