A beautiful way to experience and explore South Africa's Garden Route. With the call of the Fish Eagle waking you in the morning, this is the ideal place to linger and use as base for the other attractions in this area. Clean and convenient, these timber cabins add another experience along the lakes and rivers in this area. Thanks Tim,...

What an amazing place! Beautiful and very modern cabins, with everything you could possibly need inside. Such a nice get-away, when you want to be amongst everything nature. Very friendly service with excellent rates! Really worth it!
What an amazing place! From the moment we arrived at Reflections, passing the tortoises warning triangle signs, we knew we’d struck gold. The wooden houses are perfect: bright, very spacious, cool in the heat, simple in design – clean finishes without clutter, and totally luxurious! You walk off your stoep and you’re in nature reserve, with fish eagles overhead, and...

We just had an amazing week at Reflections Eco Reserve. The lodges are very private and literally in the Wilderness - we had views for Africa and no other human habitation in sight. It was really magnificent and a wonderful place to come home to after a day touring the Garden Route. Tim and his son Aiden gave us a...

Not much to add to the other reviews. This was the most beautiful, spacious chalet we stayed in during our holidays. Beautiful surroundings which will only get better as indigenous vegetation grows back. We travelled with a 20-month old baby who could safely play on the outside deck. When we arrived at 8pm, I called Tim Carr (owner and host) and he arrived within 2 minutes to welcome us. Tim and his wife Angelique and their kids...

A very peaceful and secluded lodge, yet only 10 minutes from the beach and nearest village. All amenities but surrounded by beautiful nature. Awesome birding and walks in the area.
A few families from Knysna were fortunate enough to spend the weekend at reflections, what a treat to arrive to such well appointed, comfortable, clean accommodation, the various families each had their own log house, which were all spaced apart yet close enough that we could all congregate for our meals etc. It's Eco for sure but you don't feel...

The four chalets here are wooden and built to a very high standard. They are extraordinarily well fitted out, with fresh ground coffee and a French Press to welcome you. Lovely soft linen and decent pillows. Electricity is supplied from Photovoltaic panels and wind generators and large batteries. Hair dryers and kettles are therefore not allowed, but there is an...
