“a castle in the bush”

not far from the Kruger, but nearby the Bryde River Canyon, a real castle in the bush! Large Rooms, nice garden, very frendly owners und a excellent dinner! The best lodge we used on our travel through South Africa.

“Fantastic experience”

Very warm welcome from Carol and Gavin. They were very helpful in preparing our day trips. Gavin's "south african cuisine" is fantastic. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful lemon tree fields and if you are lucky you will even see a hippo. The room was big, clean, bright and nicely furbished. “Lovely stay”

Our stay was excellent. Very relaxing and laid back atmosphere, warm and friendly hosts, Carol and Gavin made us feel we were visiting old friends. Our kids enjoyed the garden, the pool and company, and of course didn't want to leave.

“A very nice stay, we'll come back.”

We had a great stay at Laughing Waters Guest house, our hosts were very friendly, we had a warm welcome. The house is fantastic, nestled in a beautiful garden and had the opportunity to cross the lemon tree plantation .The rooms was big and clean and the meals and wine delicious. Many thanks to Carol and Gavin from France.

It was our first stop in Southafrica and it was great! Great service, really nice people and a wonderfull location! There is also a recommendable tour to the Krugerpark. Starting just at the lodge. Excellent.

We hab a really good Time at Laughing Waters. Carol and gavin are really nice people and they do anything for you, to have a good stay. The rooms are very clean and very big. They have a clean and nice garden with Pool. hey will also organisate Sfaris for you, which we really enjoyed.

I really had a wonderful time at the guest house, the environment is nice and quiet and the staff was amazing, can go back anytime! The location of the guest house makes even more peaceful, I'm planning to go back for a few days just before my exams to study there!

Hosts were fabulous and the general public areas and garden were in good shape. In terms of the room we stayed in, the value for money was not up to our expectations. The B& B so far is lovely and there is peace from every thing the idea of tv out of the bedroom give people time to themselves .I liked the view from my bedroom.Will recommend to others .I t is user friendly to kids .
