Stayed in a room in the old jail instead of the new block where I had stayed before and it seems overdue refurbishment has taken place. Rooms now very comfortable and still reasonable priced for location. There are more aggressive beggers on the way to the Waterfront than on previous visits and this might be an issue. More

We stayed here for four nights (two adults and two children). Had a family room which worked well, essentially 2 joined rooms but with own doors. Breakfasts were plentiful and lots to chose from. Excellent location too, we walked to the waterfront with the kids day and night without any issues. More
