A very pleasurable place with simple and authentic people. The place is quiet, always clean and very well maintained. Employees are always listening and advice you where to go. If you are just looking for a simple place to stay, Riverlodge Backpackers is made for you: a lovely place with lovely people and where life finally makes sense.

Myself and a team of 5 stayed for a week and it was a really nice place to stay, if you don't mind sleeping in close quarters. You meet a lot of different people from all over the world. And the kitchen is well equipped (no oven though), although sometimes cramped fridge space.

A good place to stay easy to find and travel from. I enjoyed my stay, found the public transport good, and access to and from the main highways very easy. There is a train station near the backpackers so its very easy to go to Capetown
