Bought a house near Tomar and stayed here whilst we did our business. Beautiful hotel. Room was huge with double bathroom. Large balcony overlooked the park. Lovely toiletries. Probably best ones if seen in a while. We didn't eat here apart from a gorgeous breakfast. This was for us to explore the city. And what a beautiful city it is.... More

Wonderfull hotel to know Tomar and surrounding areas. You can go by foot to the city centre and to the castle (This one only if don't mind to walk for a while). The room is big and will decorated. The breakfast is fine.

Tomar is an ancient site of the Knights Templar - the castle and church was built by Templars in the twelfth century. If this hotel had been in existence then, the knights would have stayed here and saved a lot of work LOL! The hotel is first class. The food and service are great. The hotel is modern and well... I went to Tomar for a Conference and decided to stay there. Nice choice! The room was big and the hotel has nice instalations with two pools. There is a indoor pool, but it's not hot... the room is heated so it was at the autumn and a little bit cold to swim. The wifi was paid and a lit... More

This hotel is situated in the historical center of Tomar ,the city of the Templar Knigths. It has a nice garden and a nice pool. The lobby is very big ,well decorated and has a bar. The rooms are spacious with a vulgar decoration and have plasma tv. The bathroom has a window which brings a lot if natural light... More

We stayed 2 nights with out 13 year-old son and were very impressed with our suite - one of the best places we have stayed and very good value for money. We had booked an superior double which was supposed to have a balcony, which ours didn't. When we complained we were immediately offered the suite which was massive and... More

Beautiful setting outside and in! Spacious BEAUTIFUL rooms with their own corridor so the bathroom door is not next to your bed. We had enough sockets and free wifi (been reading other reviews). Like in many hotels in Portugal there was a popup screen to log on to the internet which does not always pop up after entering sleep, either... More

We spent just one night there visiting the castle/convent. The hotel is a bit late sixties in style, but well kept, except for the sofa bed in our suite wich was useless. The bedroom on the second floor was excellent, and with the park outside, we slept very well. It was a bit cold during our visit, so the indoor... More

Nice service, friendly staff, close to the Convento de Cristo (you can reach it on foot from the hotel). Historic Center 1 block away. Clean and large rooms. Breakfast needs some attention. Health Club should be remodeled (there's only one thredmill, people were waiting for me to finish jogging).

This is quite an ok hotel, but a bit oldfashioned. For example; the bedroom only had 1 socket, which isn't much nowadays (2 people charging a phone, we also had a laptop, etc.). The rooms are REALLY nice: big room, huge bed, excellent bathroom, etc. However, they ask 9 euros for wifi in the room per hour, which is so... More
