We paid $130 a night (January 9-12 2012) and expected a comfortable room, maybe with tea/coffee making facilities and a safe. That's what we got, plus a fridge and microwave.
We did not experience any problems with noise or with the cleanliness of the room, which was also large enough to accommodate two people with one suitcase and one backpack...

I stayed in this hotel in November 2011. I was given a rate of three nights for price of two. The normal room rate was listed as well over USD 200. The hotel passes itself off as a "design" hotel. stayed one night and selected hotel largely due to price and location. Lobby was bare concrete and cement--I honestly don't know if this is trendy or part of the obvious remodeling underway. Stated differently, I don't know if the areas of the lobby without workers on scaffolds were awaiting work or whether this was the new trendy look.

The room was clean, however we booked a non-smoking room and our neighbor smoked like crazy and we could smell it in our room! When you walk in it feels like a mall passage way with a pool in the middle. Breakfast was just ok nothing to write home about especially since they placed burnt croissants on the table.
