This little loft hotel was more than I expected. The rooms were very big and clean. It was like staying in a New York Loft. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with our stay. Breakfast was satisfying every morning. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at the Urbanica Suites. Good location in quiet neighborhood, within 15 min. walking of subway and 5 min. walk from bus-lines. Restaurants and shops nearby.

I stayed in a Duplex Suite on the top floor. The furnishings and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The heating on cool nights was not really adequate for the duplex as most of the heat remained in the upper part of the sleeping level while the lounge area was at times quite cool. Really friendly staff (the best) managing this hotel close to Buenos Aires Chinatown. Quite far from city center. Cold rooms - heating cannot compensate outside cold and high ceilings in the family rooms. Not that child friendly environment (apart from the staff).

Urbanica Suites is located in a quiet side street, with huge, very comfortable rooms, a pillow menu and dark curtains, making sleeping there great. The room was spacy. The bed was huge and nights were quite. The front desk team was very helpfull and enthousiast. The restaurant provided an excellent food quality and nice Argentinean wines. => I recommend this hotel !
