This is a wonderful five star hotel and a very reasonable price. The lobby has a marble floor and there is a wine tasting from local wineries. There is a restaurant serving gourmet food. The hotel is pretty nice and seems to be pretty safe. The room service is excellent as is the laundry service. The only complaint would be the noise from the other people in the hotel, the walls and doors are pretty thin. The bedding is great and the staff is very helpful. more

My wife and I stayed just one night en route to Santiago but would not look elsewhere if ever we pass through Mendoza again. Our room was large and comfortable - excellent value for money. This is cheap 'luxury'. There are poor materials everywhere: thin walls, poorly painted and bad plumbing. Even the telephones seem the cheapest on the market.
