Empedrado was certainly one of my favourite hostels in South America. Arriving early in the morning was no inconvenience for the front desk staff and they encouraged me to eat the wonderful free breakfast including crepes, eggs, pastries, cereal, juice and tea. We stayed here for 3 nights and I can safely say it was one of the best hostels we've stayed in. It is a nice hostel with a huge flat roof with sofas. Great breakfast with medias lunas. People was very friendly, open for giving advices. The only but, is that, it is a bit far away from where most of the night life is.
