Its difficult to connect with the resort from India by telephone especially because of the communication problems. But you could try calling the hotel around 6Am (Indian Time) when the receptionist on duty speaks a bit of English. But to us who had been to Santiago...the ambience of the Resort was complimented by the warmth and genuineness of the Manager...
