The hotel was pleasant and clean. Lovely spa. However we got a small room facing the parking lot with a small window. It was noisy, hot and unpleasant. We tried to upgrade/change but were unable to do so.

During our first visit to Bariloche in '08, we stayed at another 3* hotel on the main street of St. Martin. While walking around, we discovered the Cacique Inacayal which had just opened but wasn't totally completed. When we knew we were coming back, we insisted with our travel agent that we wanted to stay in this hotel as it's...

The hotel is located on the lake and has wonderful views of the late and two volcanos if you are lucky enough to get the lakeside room. Unfortunately my room overlooked a parking lot.
It was extremely hot while I was there (90's) and there is no airconditioning, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable. The hotel is a...

Stayed here during off season and had a beautiful room right on the lake. The hotel was very empty so we enjoyed having the amazing pool and hot tub to ourselves. Surprisingly, the restaurant by the pool was very good. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

The Hotel Cacique Inacayal is situated on Lago Nahuel Huapi. Rooms are spacious and those facing the lake have great views. There is free internet on the main level. The breakfast buffet is a lot better than most, and the decor makes you feel like you're more in a restaurant than self service buffet. Service was excellent. Bariloche is known...

The hotel was a bit of a ghost town very hard to find someone to get something to eat and drink. We had a twin room...

Had a great room right on the lake and the only negative is that we had to keep the window open at nite to get some fresh air as the hotel has no a/c and when the wind howled it had an impact on our sleep.
Nevertheless we loved our stay at Inacayal. It was easy to walk to downtown...
