A great surprise to find such a home away from home! After arriving in a beautiful part of the lakeshore west of Bariloche we were received by the extremely friendly Gaby, who proved himself to be an excellent chef (not without a little help of Renata). Many personal touches make it an unforgettable experience, from handwritten name-signs, open bar with... More

My husband and I stayed at Posada Los Juncos during our honeymoon in Argentina. We initially stayed one night in Fuego (small room but comfortable) before heading off for a 2 day trip to San Martin, then returned to Los Juncos for 2 nights this time staying in Aire (which is a beautiful big room with great views). From the... More

I have just ended a 4 night stay at Los Juncos and cannot speak highly enough about the amazing service and commitment that Gabi and Connie demonstrated. I had come from Buenos Aires and had been quite sick with a really bad cough and cold. From the moment I arrived they wanted to do anything they could to help. I... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Los Juncos for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit, Gaby gave us a warm welcome and was most helpful with our activities. Our room, Air, was spacious and comfortable with wonderful views over the lake. On our first evening we had one of the highly recommended Gaby meals and were not disappointed... More

We stayed at Los Juncos for 4 nights while on our trip around Argentina. We had the Aqua room which was beautifully decorated in a nautical style and very comfortable. Virginia was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. We ate at the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food was delicious - if perhaps... More

We were looking for a nice lakeside B&B and selected Los Juncos based on the great TA reviews. Unfortunately the stay was a big disappointment and did not live up at all to the reviews. The house is actually located on the main road on the opposite side to the lake. Yes, there are lake views but not great ones.... More

We stayed here for 5 nights booking on the basis of reviews - and the place certainly warrants the positive reports. This is such a special guest house- located in a lovely corner of the lakes well away from the bustle (and blatant commercialism of Bariloche). The interior design and attention to detail at every level is exceptional. We loved... More

Lovely guest house with beautifully presented and large rooms.....ours had views of the lake from bed which was really nice. Very welcoming owners. Good location although best with a car. Although higher priced than most places definitely eat here when you stay as it was a great experience - personalised, fresh and inventive dishes, great wines - only 3 tables... More

We stayed in los juncos for one night, but we dinned there for 3 nights. Rooms are beautifully decorated, the heaters well. Breakfast is great, we had a small one because we left really early, but it was homemade and great, so I imagine the normal one would be even better. Dinner- they have a small restaurant- make reservation! Food... More

We spent three nights in Bariloche at Los Juncos. The room was quiet and well appointed, the hostess was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, and the meals were perfecto. Virginia got up early to make breakfast so we could catch the catamaran departure schedule. Gaby provided delicious meals. The location is right off the bus line (AR$7 from the center of... More
