We had a good time in this hostel: very clean, very close to the bus station (1 minute walk !!), colorful and very welcoming owners (we shared a piece of cake!): I recomend it, it is definitly a good ratio price/quality and a good place to stay. The 3 beds dorms are small but clean.

We were on our honey moon last week, and spent a few days in El Calafate at Albergue Lago Argentino. Our room, n°8, was beautifully decorated and surrounded by the many flowers of the garden. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast is included (it's yummy!): bread, coffee, tea, jam, fresh pastries... We had a very pleasant time there.

It was a fine place to stay for a few nights. It's 3 minutes walk from the Bus Terminal and easy walking distance to all the restaurants. Nothing fancy, but clean and well run.
