I had a very enjoyable lunch. A bit expensive, but the food was good. The grounds are lovely, and the service friendly. I enjoyed taking pictures of the various antiques. I had a chance to peak in some of the rooms - they seemed basic but nice.

I've come to the conclusion that this is about what you get outside of Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca. It's not the Four Seasons, so be sure to manage your expectations. Our triple room was outstanding , large, clean and comfortable with room to spare The hacienda is truly beautiful. I felt like I was in Spain Free wifi by the fireplace .
