Our first trip to beautiful Samoa and we were not disappointed. From the onset with our bookings owner Sale was wonderful as was his amazing staff. Could not have wished for a more relaxing holiday. With very little to do but relax, swim, snorkel & canoeing it was just what the soul needed. We booked a sunset Fale' over water,... More

We were staying just down the road at the Vaisala hotel and decided to drive over to the va-i-moana for dinner. It was a yummy meal and the atmosphere was so quaint. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended!

that was my first disappointment. I chose a fale right over the water, but I had to ask for a table to put my things on, in the bathroom the water was off, I had to ask twice and then only got a dripple - hardly enough to wash the salt water off. Food was plenty, but - Samoan style... More

From the people, to the crazy amount of most delicious food served at breakfast and dinner, to the boomer choice of all different types of accommodation, to the entertainment - fiafia, resort band or just general singing staff, this place is choice. We love the Samoan culture and people and the food, music, entertainment and experience. You get all of... More

We were after a relaxing Samoan experience and we got it. From the beautiful beach to yummy food and Samoan style accommodation. A must for anyone and everyone visiting Savaii. Loved Michelle and her staff. We will be back next year. Thank you again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and upgraded to a room with bathroom facilities. Much appreciated! The fales are basic but adequate. Our room was large and had a double and single bed with foam matresses which werent quite thick enough for us, however the staff graciously supplied extra matresses for us. The beach is small, and a little bit... More

Charming place with a beautiful outlook while we had lunch here. Took a while for it to arrive and we were the only ones eating there, but really good sized meals when they did arrive. Very friendly waiter who sang and played his guitar to the music as well. Nice place to stop for lunch, I guess we could have... More

From the moment we arrive at Va-i-moana we feel like family returning, and this time was no different. In fact, THIS time, we were treated to the brand new Sunset Fale 1, with giant king size bed, balcony, fridge, sofa and separate bathroom. We've stayed at more than 15 different beach fale and resorts across Samoa, and Va-i-moana sets the... More
