We stayed at this hotel because we had a 5AM departure flight and they offer 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. We returned our rental car the night before and got a ride back to the hotel via the shuttle. The morning shuttle was on time and convenient. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

We had booked seven rooms with instruction " less noise room", most of our rooms face street, we heard the noise all night long and could not sleep at all. One cannot expect much from an airport hotel, but! The price was right and the staff was truly great. The 24hr transfer service to the airport was really excellent especially if the call was at 4AM. Reliable place.

We were on a trip and stayed in serveral different hotels in Arizona and New Mexico. Hampton Inn was better than others for cleanliness, check-in/check-out and breakfast. I will always consider Hampton for future stays even though it is pricer than others.

We stayed here one night before an early flight out of Phoenix. We booked the Park and Stay package. The hotel is clean, the shuttle to and from the airport nice, and the staff is very friendly. We are planning on staying again next October for another Park and Stay.

This was a great hotel with large rooms and sitting areas. We had a king-size suite with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, potatoes, cold and hot cereals, fruits, pastries, coffee and juices. Everything was great at this hotel.
