This motel was bad. There was hair all over our tub and some of our pillows. The light was shinning in through the door. We were so concerned with the safety it was scary. Way to many people in the parking lots that were questionable.

Although it was not a 5 star hotel it was a good price and the staff was extremely friendly!! They helped us multiple times quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was good and the shower was amazing! I have to say it made the difference for me! I would definitely stay there again!!

We needed a room at the last minute close to Chase Field to see the World Baseball Classic. Best West had the only available room. It was small, dim, clean, and basic. The managers/staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Good prices but room was less than desireable. Everything was fine here. Staff very friendly (even surprisingly so). The only complaint I have is that the water came out rusty for the first minute. Then it cleared up. And the shower drained slowly. Otherwise this hotel as great value for money!

It was cheaper than other choices I saw in the downtown area, but be aware that it isn't particularly attractive in the room. The bed was "ok" and the frig and microwave served my needs.
