Location is good and amenities are terrific, but the resort itself and the rooms especially are really tired and in need of renovations. Also the overall cleanliness was less to Hilton standards that most others. Value for the accommodations was not excellent. But do have to say staff was very friendly.

Our family loves staying at the Tapatio Cliffs Resort when we visit Phoenix. Centrally located and the entire family loves the pool area! Having kids that are 8 & 17 can be challenging to meet both their "wants" and we are pleased to say they were both enthusiastic! Are planning another trip here for June of 2014!

Like the amenities but this hotel needs a good pressure washing. When the exterior walls are filthy it makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. Service at the pool was slow....painfully slow.
