I stayed here overnight (Rm. 337). This Courtyard is run very well, and is so very clean, inside and outside, top to bottom. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated...no frills, but everything you need in a clean environment. My room even had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Easy location, next to the freeway and walking distance to breakfast and Outback Steakhouse. Very quiet, clean and beds were really comfortable. I loved the extra pillows, soft, clean linens as well. Good deal. More

Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel has a nice business center located directly off lobby. On-site breakfast buffet available for a charge. Outback Steakhouse within walking distance, broader selection within a short drive. Room was standard Courtyard. Clean, comfortable, A/C worked great without excessive noise. This is a fairly new (< 2 years) combo property- Fairfield and Courtyard, adjoined and built in an “L” shape. It’s on the outskirts of Chandler (off Route 101, 20 mins from airport)) and appears to cater to the nearby businesses as opposed to the leisure traveler. We stayed here for two nights with my daughter's softball team. The hotel was very nice, very clean, and the staff was efficient and friendly. The location is right off the freeway and convenient to a lot of restaurants. The continental breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but then again, we weren't expecting much for the price we paid. More

I had read some reviews of this hotel which I am sure came before the remodeling. It was a beautiful location, outstanding landscaping, rooms, staff and meeting facilities.
