This location has brought me nothing but positive experiences. The people are great, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the access to the full gym across the parking lot is a great beenfit and the restaurant is great. I enjy every stay I have here.

This hotel is convenient to downtown Phoenix. Traveling between places can be easily done through cabs, the light rail or the hotel shuttle. The hotel staff is attentive and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Would gladly stay there again.

This property is set up exactly like an embassy suites from the inside. The very large open atrium with glass elevators and the famous breakfast area. Very nice accommodations and great location. I was very happy with my experience. The staff were eager to help. My suite was very comfortable and well appointed, including a microwave oven and sink. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious. I would definitely stay again.

There's no shuttle offered from the airport to the hotel. The light rail is cheap BUT it's miles from the luggage pick-up and no one was there to help give directions nor any directions at the light rail pick up place.
