Probably the worst hotel experience in 20 years. Only smoking rooms available and no alternative but to sleep in lobby. Have asthma and it was that or the E.R. Do not stay here! more

we used this property the day before thanksgiving after landing late wednesday night in Phoenix. Stayed 1 night before our flight. If that's what you're looking for you'll be happy with this place. staff very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant OK but there isn't too much choice nearby if, like me, you'd already dropped your rental car off. Would stay again in the same circumstances. more

We drove up from Tucson and dropped off our car at the Radisson/Southbank. The free/shuttle took us quickly to our terminal for our trip across the pond.
