Since my original flight was delayed for over 8 hours, I missed my connecting flight home. The airlines put me in the Residence Hotel until my new flight left the next morning. I was able to get something to eat and take a shower and sleep in a very clean, nice, comfortable suite. I enjoyed my stay.

I love staying at places with a kitchen & extras like evening snacks and a good, healthy breakfast. This residence inn is a little older & worn but they have done a good job of maintenance. I would definitely stay there again.

The service was phenomenal, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Picked us up from the airport, shuttled us back and forth to the zoo, upgraded our room to a suite. Pool was awesome, breakfast was great. Hotel rooms and decor are dated but that's about the only area they could improve. Thanks!
