I was pleasantly surprised and the large room, nicely furnished at an extremely reasonable rate. It was a large room for a single King, room was airy and very comfortable. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. If I ever get to St. Johns again, I am definitely staying there again.

The person that checked us in was obviously in the middle of his dinner, because when he came into the room he was still chewing his food. He was clearly not thrilled to see us. The room was DIRTY. As it was late and we only had a choice of two motels we picked this one as we have used many days inns before. The room was not clean and the standard of the bathroom and fittings were poor. We would not stay here again.
