This is a nice hotel in a kind of weird location, but handy to a lot of the old town restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The real joy here is the staff. “Great Location, Nice Ammenities”

Located on Third Avenue in Old Town Scottsdale the Hyatt Place is located within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers free Internet and breakfast with a complimentary newspaper We have stayed here many times and it is a very functional business hotel as well as an ideal spot to explore Old Town Scottsdale.

The lobby was a bit chaotic at check in. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes until our room was ready. The staff was very apologetic for our wait. Our room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
