The Hotel is a few miles from Sedona in the town of Oak Creek. We found it nicer and quieter to be away from Sedona. The hotel is looking a bit dated, but the rooms were great in size. The staff was very friendly and quick with hiking advice. The Spa seemed well equipped with a lap pool, exercise and... More

make sure you review your invoice and get proof that the invoice you receive at checkout is actually what you are being charged. when i got home I discovered that the hotel added charges to my amex without my consent or knowledge including a phony telephone charge....when i tried to contest charges they produced a hotel invoice that I NEVER... Dear CarolynW772, I am sorry about your experience but I think your review was unfair and borderline malicious. Our resort never ever would intentionallly cheat a customer. In regards to the number of free nights you were entitled to I can't address this issue as you were not clear as to why you were entitled to free nights. I don't... More

Stayed here for my 50th Birthday. Staff were so helpful. The cocktails at the bar...delicious. I also had a facial whilst I stayed and it was one of the best I have ever had, loved the hot rock neck and shoulder massage that was included. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed. I would gladly stay here again and definitely... More

We stayed at the Hilton Sedona Resort for 2 nights this week. The resort location is wonderful with beautiful views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock. It is a quick easy drive to either Sedona or I17 to Phoenix and has a pleasant Southwestern feel to it. The Hotel was fairly empty because of the time of year, one of... More

This hotel was just lovely. We stayed here at the end of July 2011. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite with a nice patio and easy access to the family pool. The beds were very comfy, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a jeep tour, and a tee time at the Golf Course... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in December 2011. We had stayed here the previous year also. We had a suite that faced the front of the hotel and a terrace with chairs and a small table. The view of the mountains was spectacular! The hotel is clean and very spacious. I had a massage at the... More

Thank you SandyB55! This is such a nice review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. It is wonderful to read that you took advantage of so many of the resort's amenities. Thank you for mentioning our staff. I think our suites are like a home away from home and I love to sit around the fire pit. I hope... More

The staff at this hotel are quite good, very friendly and service oriented. The restaurant food is probably better than it needs to be, as is the spa, and again the staff is great. The downside of staying here is the property. It is old and dated, the views not special (and why else would you go to Sedona?), and... More

RXCONSULTANT, Sometimes I read a review and I think the guest stayed somewhere else and mistakenly wrote a review on the Hilton Sedona. Our pools are lovely, all three of them. Each appeals to a different type of guest; there is the Cascades that is family friendly; the ShadowRock that is the quite pool; then there is the fabulous 25... More

The Hotel is beautiful and fits in perfectly with Sedona. Our one bedroom King suite is suitable for travel with family as you have privacy. The spa however did disappoint immediately since the gentleman at the front desk was far from welcoming. The first night we just wanted to checout te facilities at 7:30, the spa closes at 8:00. We... Dear jamesstaci04, Thank you for writing this review. I have passed on a copy of your review to our Spa Director and Operations Manager. It is important that they address this with their team. I apologize for the spa front desk person that did not welcome you the way should have. I am glad you enjoyed your suite and it... More
