Our company gets a special "corporate" discount because of the volume of employees we send to this hotel. My corporate rate was $119 a night!?!?! I'd say this is a $60-$70/night hotel AT BEST. When I arrived to my room, my door was open... Completely spooky and concerning! Found out later that it's because the doors are so old that... More

I enjoyed my six night stay during meetings at this hotel. I had room 304 which was on the top floor and had a pool view. It is a corner room and close to the elevator and the main lobby building. It was comfortable and fairly quiet. The room had a flat screen TV, king bed (very comfortable) and a... More

Just stayed here for one night. Pros: it's near the airport, easy to get around Tempe area. Nice pool area. Got a decent price. Slept really well, so bed must have been comfortable :) Cons: Noisy, could hear maids' carts rolling in the morning very loudly through thin doors. Could also hear noise from pool area from room. When first... More

I needed a night before my flight back home. This fit the bill. Close to the airport and convenient location. My room was very nice and very comfortable. Great value with a great staff. The ride to the airport was a nice bonus. More

I stayed 4 nights at this property in January 2012, looking at other reviews I asked for a Large Poolside Room, and this was given for a $5 a night upgrade fee (I had booked a cheap Priceline rate). The room was excellent, great bed, couch arewa and work desk, overlooking the heated outdoor pool, althoug hthe resort was fairly... More

The rooms however, the most important part, have outside free air entrances, they are exposed to outside noise on both sides, and are tacky. Mine had a spicy smell to it that I think was left over from a previous guest. The heater is on one side of room and bathroom is on opposite side making it very cold in... More

Recent stay was disappointing after reading positive reviews. I found the room to be satisfactory, but very noisy! You can hear everything from doors slamming, outside activities, rolling carts, traffic noise & parties!! During my two night stay the hotel hosted 1 wedding and 1 Quincenera with many attendees. If noise doesn't bother you, this is the place for you!... More

After American Airlines trashed what was supposed to be our first night in Maui, we instead wound up with another airline and an overnight in Phoenix, with a lodging voucher that put us at the Fiesta Resort. The place was nearly empty and the few staffers who were there probably had a lot of time on there hands, so that... More

So if you are really thinking you are going to a resort you will be very disappointed. In the last 3 years we have been to 7 resorts from Marriott to Hilton and they all have different positives and negatives but at the end of the day I would consider them all resorts. This place just has a heated pool... More

This is a very clean place and good location BUT OMG we could swear the people in the rooms next to us were bowling and I think the maids forgot to turn off their vacuums because that's another sound we constantly heard! Too bad it was so noisy it would have been an excellent rating. The beds were very comfy... More
