“Great alternative to the rest of Dominical”

Most of the options in Dominical are very minimal and cheap cabins or hostels. This is the only "resort" in the area in that it has a pool, full restaurant and bar and the accommodations are really nice. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main street or 15 to the beach. “Wonderful hotel with amazing staff”

I just want to share that we stayed at the Rio Mar for 7 nights and loved it. The rooms were nice, the grounds were immaculate and the food at the restaurant was incredibly tasty. This is a middle size hotel, with all amenities, very good food a nice breakfast and few options of room types for all budgets. There are rooms with no a/c (just fan), and others with a/c and TV, plus the suites. Thank you for your review. We really appreciate the way you describe our hotel as you explain we have indeed 3 types of rooms. 2 of them contain air conditioning and TV and one selling fan. All of them have their own terrace where you can relax seeing the tropical gardens. Dominical is about a 15 to 20 minute walk.... More
